Sharjah24: The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resource (SDHR) held a comprehensive brainstorming session named "Future Outlook" at the Mangrove Reserve Hall in Kalba. Officials and employees from various government departments in the Central Region convened to brainstorm innovative strategies aimed at improving the performance management system, ensuring it keeps up with modern developments and innovations.
The session focused on presenting innovative concepts for creating a performance management system that can swiftly adjust to ongoing changes and future projects, delivering practical solutions to address these dynamic challenges. The conversation focused on four key areas: recognising upcoming workplace requirements and elevating performance standards, refining the performance assessment framework to integrate technological progress and essential future skills, enabling employees through enhanced competencies and job effectiveness, and investigating innovative technology-driven evaluation methods.

The event highlighted methods to inspire creativity and promote innovation, presenting the UAE Model for Government Leadership, designed to enhance leadership abilities and bolster the skills of the national workforce through innovative approaches.

Participants exchanged insights on enhancing government work settings, incorporating contemporary technology, and fostering an innovative culture among staff. The session wrapped up with a series of recommendations and creative solutions aimed at fostering a more engaging and efficient government work environment.
