Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club organised the "Sports Role Model" programme on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, with the aim of motivating members. The event, attended by the club's Board Chairman, members, and staff, featured Captain Abdullah Hassan, the club's technical director, who shared his extensive experience as a player, coach, and football expert.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has formally selected Emiratis Noura Jamal and Ibrahim Al Malahi as match observers, with Jamal being the first female Emirati observer in AFC events.

Last August, the pair attended the AFC Match Observers Seminar in Kuala Lumpur, where they successfully completed all assessments to earn qualification to officiate Asian club and national team games.

Mohammed Abdullah Hazzam Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of the UAE Football Association, lauded their efforts, emphasising the organisation's commitment to growing its staff and offering training opportunities to excel at regional and international competitions.
