Sharjah24: His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Consultative Council in Sharjah, emphasised the importance of engaging with the younger generation to transfer their implicit knowledge through their thoughts, experiences, and skills. He noted that the upcoming phase requires the preparation of security and national leaders who possess high levels of competence and the ability to face challenges, work in various positions, and make sacrifices for the prosperity, dignity, and stability of our beloved homeland.
Al Nuaimi expressed his pride and happiness in meeting the Police Science Academy's students, responding to the invitation to share a unique Emirati experience with the members of this security educational institution this Tuesday morning. The event was attended by His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the Police Science Academy in Sharjah, along with department directors, officers, students, and faculty members.

During the lecture, Al Nuaimi presented aspects of his academic, professional, and community journey, sharing his experiences in government and legislative work. He emphasized that the upcoming phase requires the preparation of highly competent national security leaders who are capable of facing challenges, working in various roles, and making sacrifices for the progress, dignity, and stability of this nation, which its leadership has worked tirelessly to elevate to a level that we can proudly showcase before other nations.

The Chairman of the Consultative Council in Sharjah highlighted five elements of sustainable leadership that contribute to the progress and prosperity of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah: foresight and future vision within a clear long-term plan, the ability to influence without oppressive authority, a network of cross-border relationships connecting the state with the world, knowledge-based leadership, and the art of self-leadership.

Al Nuaimi concluded his remarks by stating that the bet today is on the nation's youth, who bear the responsibility of realizing the ambitions of the founding fathers and our current leaders. He urged them not to let dreams and imaginations take them too far without action but to work diligently and sincerely in reality to overcome the trials and crises facing the world from east to west, guiding the United Arab Emirates to safety and stability.
