Sharjah24: Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), stated that the council discussed the draft law on judicial fees in the Emirate of Sharjah during its 16th session as part of its work for the second regular session of the eleventh legislative term.

Legislative Framework Complete

Al Hammadi explained that today, Thursday, the legislative framework governing the judiciary in the emirate has been completed with the approval of the judicial fees bill, following the recent discussion of the draft law on the judiciary.

Gratitude Expressed

In remarks to "Sharjah24" Al Hammadi thanked all those involved in preparing the bill, including the government, the legislative committee, and the members of the Sharjah Consultative Council. He wished success for the judiciary in the emirate as it begins its work following the approval of the relevant laws.
