Sharjah24: The Ministry of Health affiliated with the Hamas government in the Gaza Strip reported on Saturday that 42,924 people have been killed in the ongoing war between Israel and the Palestinian movement for over a year.
The toll includes 77 fatalities in the past forty-eight hours, according to the ministry, which also noted that 100,833 individuals have been injured in the Gaza Strip since the war erupted following Hamas' attack on Israel on the seventh of October 2023.
