Sharjah 24: With the attendance of 111 players, Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club and Dibba Al Hisn Football Club organised a lecture on sports behaviour management regulation as part of a series of programmes and initiatives that were recently launched.
The lecture was held, on Thursday, at the club's theatre.

The lecture addressed important topics that focused on the importance of the new regulation that aims to organise the behaviour of players on and off the field.

The lecturer emphasised that this regulation is not just a set of rules, but rather a comprehensive framework that aims to create a positive and professional sports environment.

The lecture authorities highlighted the importance of instilling and promoting good moral principles among players, such as mutual respect, sportsmanship, and cooperation.

The necessity of practicing positive sports behaviour as part of the player's identity was also emphasised, which enhances the values of belonging to the homeland and reflects a positive image of the sports community.

The lecture also touched on how positive behaviour affects player performance and team success, noting that commitment to sports values can contribute to building a conscious and responsible sports generation.

The players participated in interactive discussions about the challenges they may face in practicing these values and how to overcome them.

The lecture concluded with the distribution of copies of the regulations to the players, with an invitation for everyone to review them and adhere to their contents.

The attendees praised the initiative, considering it a positive step towards developing the sports culture in the club and the community as a whole.
