Sharjah 24: Abdullah Al Shahil, Director of the Rental Regulation Department at Sharjah Municipality, announced the launch of the "Aqari" platform during GITEX 2024 at the Sharjah Government Pavilion.
He stated that the initiative, part of the Sharjah Digital Department's efforts, aims to streamline access to real estate services through an electronic portal and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Al Shahil added that the "Aqari" platform is designed to digitise and simplify real estate transactions, enhance transparency, and support economic growth in Sharjah. It will feature a unified database encompassing lease contracts, property ownership, agency management, and dispute resolution, as well as facilitating sales, purchases, mortgages, and real estate certificates. Additionally, the platform aims to create an integrated real estate system that improves customer experience and provides a comprehensive overview of the market for decision-makers.
