Bin Amer: SP unveils virtual radar to combat cyberbullying

Sharjah 24: Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, announced the command's participation in GITEX 2024, under the umbrella of the Sharjah Government Pavilion, showcasing two innovative projects: the Virtual Reality Radar and Sanad Family.

Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police pointed out that the Virtual Reality Radar is designed to detect cyberbullying on virtual platforms, utilising artificial intelligence to protect young users and deter potential offenders.

He added that the second initiative, Sanad Family, is an educational and awareness programme set to launch during Ramadan in collaboration with the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
