One of the initiatives is the Sports Behaviour Management, which aims to enhance sports values and develop players’ skills in different age groups, which contributes to building generations that adhere to values, principles and high morals.
The club implements different training programmes and workshops for all players, coaches and parents alike.
At the club's theatre in the presence of Ahmed Murad Ali Al Amiri, member of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, Chairman of the Football Academy and Football School Committee; and Mohammed Abdullah Hassan Al Dhahouri, member of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, Chairman of the Media Committee, a workshop was held, on Friday, for the football school team to introduce the sports conduct regulations and to consolidate behavioural and positive values among them, how behaviours affect their performance and participation in sports, and how to bear challenges and deal with pressures in sports competitions.
A workshop targeting all players from all games will also be held, on October 15 and 22, on how sports conduct affects players' performance, and another workshop that brings together coaches and administrators.
