Sharjah 24: Sharjah Club men's handball team defeated its guest Al Wahda team with a score of (31-20), in the match that brought the two teams together in the second round of the Emirates Men's Handball Cup 2024-2025, on Tuesday, at the Sharjah Club.
The first half of the match ended with Sharjah leading (15-9).
With this result, Sharjah, the Cup's title holder, reached six points from two victories, the first of which came at the expense of Dibba Al Hisn in the opening of the event, which is being held this season in a single-round league system with the participation of 7 clubs, namely Sharjah, Mleiha, Shabab Al Ahli, Al Wasl, Al Nasr, Dibba Al Hisn and Al Wahda, during the period from October 4 to 26.
Sharjah will host Mleiha in the third round next Saturday, October 12, then will visit Shabab Al Ahli in the fourth round on October 15.
