Sheikh Mohammed also participated in the census by sharing his information, and he was then briefed on the progress made regarding the campaign's launch. The Fujairah Statistics Centre will rely on comprehensive field surveys covering 121 regions across the emirate, conducted by 121 field researchers and 10 supervisors, to collect individual data through self-enumeration and field enumeration processes. The data will then be verified in the office.
Sheikh Mohammed emphasised the importance of all citizens and residents of Fujairah participating in the census campaign, highlighting that the general population census is crucial to enhancing the quality of life and developing public services in the emirate.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed also underscored that His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, pays close attention to various initiatives that contribute to formulating strategic plans, making proactive decisions and strengthening sustainable development, all in alignment with UAE's pioneering vision.
Sheikh Mohammed applauded the efforts of the Fujairah Statistics Centre in developing new data collection procedures and providing the necessary tools and technologies to ensure the accuracy and transparency of the information. Furthermore, he underlined the importance of continuous improvement in the processes and the training and development of the Centre's staff to ensure quality of performance and effective implementation.
For his part, Dr Saad expressed his deep appreciation for the Crown Prince's interest and support for the census campaign, noting that his patronage boosts the team's motivation to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and professionalism.
Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of the Crown Prince of Fujairah, was also present at the meeting.
