Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, CEO of Shurooq, stated that the portfolio features several projects, including the latest and luxurious ‘Ajwan’ in Khorfakkan. This project will include 185 residential units and a water park in its first phase, while the second phase will feature a hotel. Construction is set to begin at the end of this year, with full completion expected by early 2027.
Al Qaseer expressed his happiness at Shurooq launching the world's first commercial license using artificial intelligence technology, in cooperation with Sharjah Publishing City and Microsoft, which is considered a major achievement in this field that he hopes to repeat in other sectors.
