Mohammed Al Nuaimi announces launch of Mawj and Ghadeer Towers

Sharjah 24: Mohammed Obaid Al Nuaimi, Director of the "Ajwan Khorfakkan" project by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), announced the launch of two new residential towers, “Mawj” and “Ghadeer”, at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition - ACRES 2025.

He told “Sharjah 24” that, as part of a special initiative to celebrate the launch, potential buyers who reserve their real estate units during the Acres exhibition will receive a 50% discount on registration fees. This initiative presents an unprecedented opportunity to invest in a distinctive project on the UAE's east coast.

Mohammed Al Nuaimi noted that the sales offerings include two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as three and four-bedroom duplexes.
