The participation of Rubu' Qarn members in the 11th Sino-Arab Theatre Technology Training Course aims to empower them and provide them with knowledge and methodological skills regarding modern digital theatre. During the training course, participants will engage in practical exercises and theoretical lectures introducing them to the Chinese experience in digital theatre and the key technologies used in theatres in China.
Through the course, participants will explore theatre technology equipment such as sound and lighting equipment, discuss trends in theatrical space development, with the aim of increasing the awareness of participants about the future of theatre and how to leverage these technologies to enhance and develop our local theatres to enrich the audience experience and provide supporting elements for actors on stage.
Fatima Jaber shares her goals for participating in the training course: "Through my participation in the course, I aim to broaden my horizons in the field of technology, specifically in digital theatre. My goals revolve around discovering new lighting and sound technologies in theatre and seeing them in action, in addition to learning about both historical and modern Chinese culture."
It is worth mentioning that the participants in the training course are from the Sharjah Capability Development , which focuses on providing support and offering programs and workshops in all fields for individuals aged 18 and above.
