Sharjah 24: Ahmed Al Hindawi, Secretary-General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), emphasised the critical role of the International Government Communication Forum in advancing knowledge and sharing experiences across key sectors such as education, health, economy, and tourism.
In his participation at the 13th International Government Communication Forum, organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau under the theme "Agile Governments... Innovative Communication," Al Hindawi highlighted the forum's significance as a global platform for discussing effective government communication and sustainable development.
Al Hindawi stressed the need to innovate educational methods, advocating for a shift from traditional approaches to include virtual education. He underlined the importance of experiential learning outside the classroom to break from routine and avoid stereotypes.
He also noted the importance of equipping students with skills and technology, praising the Scout Movement’s approach as a model for enhancing youth development through practical, real-world learning.
