Sharjah24: Fatima Khalifa Al Muqarrab, Director of International Relations at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) , announced the launch of the Pakistan Business Council aimed at enhancing economic and investment relations between the Emirate of Sharjah and Pakistan.
During an interview with “Sharjah24”, Al Muqarrab announced that the council was officially launched today, with the Pakistani Ambassador to the UAE in attendance. An initiative has been launched by the International Relations Department of the Sharjah Chamber with the aim of bridging the gap between the private and government sectors.
The initiative also highlights the role of the Pakistani private sector in enhancing trade relations between Pakistan and Sharjah.
She highlighted that the Pakistani community is the second largest in the UAE, with various economic sectors relying on them. Al Muqarrab has further expressed hope about the development of a comprehensive and thoughtfully developed plan to enhance economic and trade relations.
