Sharjah24: In conjunction with Emirati Women’s Day, Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, who serves as the Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Authority and the Sharjah Education Academy, convened a meeting this morning with the directors of Sharjah nurseries at the Academy’s headquarters in the University City.
The meeting is part of the preparations for the upcoming academic year in Sharjah nurseries, which are set to commence next Monday in the 33 nurseries located across the emirate.

At the outset of her address, Dr. Al Hashimi expressed gratitude to the nursery directors for their diligent preparation for the upcoming academic year and for establishing an exemplary educational setting tailored to the requirements of children. In addition, she extended her congratulations to them on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, acknowledging their role as outstanding ambassadors for women within the realm of education and in shaping future generations.

At the academic level, the Academy President highlighted the recent partnership forged in April between the Sharjah Education Academy, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, and the British Child Peace Foundation. The Foundation's role within this collaboration involves the transformation of three government nurseries into exemplar institutions, along with overseeing enhancements to the educational and administrative processes across all nurseries in Sharjah to elevate their overall quality.

At the conclusion of her address, Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi expressed gratitude to the nursery directors and emphasized the confidence of His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, in their capabilities and the capacity of Emirati women to fulfill their responsibilities with utmost sincerity.

The meeting covered the progress in infrastructure, technology, maintenance, and expansion work in Sharjah's nurseries. The facilities have been optimized to accommodate all previously registered children and those on waiting lists, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The meeting concluded with a dialogue session featuring Dr. Al Hashimi, Maitha Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Sharjah Nurseries, Maryam Al Shamsi, Director of the Early Childhood Department, Khawla Al Hosani, Director of Operations at Sharjah Education Academy, and female directors of Sharjah nurseries.
