Sharjah24: In the first leg of the preliminary round of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup, Al Jazira emerged victorious with a 3-1 win against Al Bataeh at the Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium.
The goals for Al Jazira were scored by Ramon Mierezin the 6th minute, Kebano from a penalty kick in the 26th minute, and Mamadou Coulibaly in the 64th minute. On the other hand, Anatole Bertrand found the net for Al Bataeh in the 33rd minute.
The two teams are scheduled to face each other in the second leg on Sunday evening, September 8, at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah.
