Sharjah 24: Aysha Al Kaabi, Head of the Training Programmes Section at the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), revealed the organisation of three specialised training workshops as part of the "Ithmar" programme during its third week of activities, organised by the Sharjah Press Club. These workshops focus on enhancing media coverage skills using mobile phones, the art of media relations, and how to interact with important personalities.
The "Ithmar" programme is organising training workshops to enhance media skills in collaboration with the Job Shadowing Programme, aiming to refine participants' skills and prepare them to handle challenges.
In exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24," Aysha Al Kaabi confirmed that trainers from the Job Shadowing Programme conducted these workshops. She highlighted the importance of updating media tools and skills to keep pace with ongoing technological and social developments. These courses aim to refine the participants' skills and prepare them to deal with various media challenges that media professionals may face.
She added that the “Ithmar” programnme seeks to provide an integrated educational environment that contributes to raising the efficiency of the participants and enhances their creative and analytical abilities. These workshops come as part of the SGMB’s commitment to developing local talent and providing all the necessary support to create a new media generation.
