Sharjah 24: Safia Othman Al Baroudi, the official spokesperson for the Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC), Eastern branches, confirmed that the summer camp for the club’s branch in the city of Kalba includes a variety of events and activities that attract children and women.
The SLC, Kalba Branch, continues the activities and events of its summer camp for affiliated women, adolescent girls, and children from 4 to 16 years old.
The official spokesperson for the SLC, Eastern branches, said that the camp primarily attracts female members and their children, and the activities are centered around the child with the aim of investing the summer vacation time in acquiring new skills.
She explained in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the camp includes many training workshops centered around arts, culture, and sports, in addition to recreational activities.
She pointed out that the camp programme varies between activities supervised by the Ibdaa Centre, including traditional crafts workshops for female members, and a fitness centre that provides a daily set of various exercises and sports activities.
