Sharjah 24: A delegation of engineering students from the University of Sharjah (UOS) visited the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club's workshop as part of the two parties' strategic partnership and to trigger their cooperation agreement.
The visit's purpose was to examine best practices in marine boat hull manufacture and mechanical engine production, as well as to use cutting-edge technology that meets sustainability and environmental criteria in their academic projects.

The supervisors of the Marine Sports Innovation Lab greeted the university students and gave a quick description of the workshop and its portions.

They then led the students on a tour of the workshop, describing the process of building sailboats and speedboats from the outside hull to the mechanical motors, with a full description of each step involved.

The tour included a short presentation on the boats' global involvement and racing success, which reflected the quality of production and engine efficiency. The visit concluded with a call to action for students to incorporate these practical experiences into their university assignments.

This visit is part of the UOS and the Marine Sports Club's efforts to improve cooperation between educational and sporting institutions, raise students' levels of knowledge and practical application, and prepare them to enter the job market with distinguished skills and advanced practical knowledge.
