The total number of medals won increased dramatically, reaching 533 coloured medals, which is 198 more than the previous season's total of 335 medals. The achievements comprised 172 gold medals, 181 silver medals, and 180 bronze medals.

Sharjah Olympic Center for Women's Sports: An exceptional sports structure that promotes the professional development of women in the sports industry
This season marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of the Sharjah Olympic Center for Women's Sports, under the patronage of Sheikha Jawaher. The center serves as a pivotal addition aimed at elevating women's sports careers, propelling them from amateur to professional levels.
The center is composed of a cluster of structures, including gymnasiums, both open and enclosed playgrounds, all constructed in adherence to the highest international standards. One building is devoted to self-defense sports like taekwondo, judo, and karate, while another is specifically for archery. Additionally, there is a building designated for individual sports, housing facilities for table tennis and fencing. The center also boasts two archery courts – one indoors and the other outdoors, an Olympic-standard track and field facility, the first of its kind in the country in terms of the range of services offered, and a shooting range.
The center includes an administrative building that is specifically for the Sports Medicine Center. This building features a medical clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, an advanced treatment hall, and a space dedicated to improving sports performance.
The center hosted the last two editions of the School Athletics Championship, which were organized by the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation in cooperation with the Emirates School Education Foundation, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, and the Emirates Athletics Federation.

Throughout the sports season, the Scientific Center for Research and Development of Sports Performance of the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation played a pivotal role by evaluating the physical and physiological abilities of female players across its various branches in the Emirate of Sharjah. A total of 584 female players underwent tests, with the center's specialists conducting 6,347 tests to assess each player's readiness and characteristics for their respective sports.

The volleyball team secured the league title and snagged the bronze medal in the Arab tournament
The Sharjah Women’s Club's first volleyball team has achieved remarkable success this season. After an 8-season absence, the team returned to win the General League title, demonstrating its exceptional capabilities and excellence in the tournament arena. In addition, the team secured third place in the seventh edition of the Arab Club Games for Women, held in Sharjah last February, despite facing tough competition from other Arab teams.
The team excelled under the leadership of technical director Dr. Karim Ben Ayed, who demonstrated his skill in guiding the team to these accomplishments. Dr. Karim Ben Ayed will continue to lead the team in the upcoming season, furthering their goal of achieving more success and shining in the sports world.
Bin Ayyad expressed his full satisfaction with the team’s progress in the last season and the excellent results it achieved, putting the team in a leading position it truly deserves at the local level. He emphasized that winning the league championship title, which returned to the club after an absence, was not a stroke of luck but instead the culmination of careful planning and hard work by everyone involved particularly the club management. They wholeheartedly supported the team and made their mission to return to the top a reality.
Basketball returns to the forefront with distinguished achievements, most notably winning the Emirates Cup
The Sharjah Women's Club's basketball team reclaimed the lead with a well-earned victory in the Emirates Women's Cup over its long-standing rival, the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy team, winning by a margin of 10 points with a final score of 73-63.
The winning team consisted of: Rawda Al-Rubari, Sarah Al Muhairi, Alia Al Naqbi, Al Yazia Al Suwaidi, Maryam Al Nuaimi, Maitha Mubarak, Alia Al-Suwaidi, Shahd Al Kaabi, Marwa Bakkar, Jovana Mendic, and Nina Ninkovich.
The club celebrated numerous achievements this season. Notably, the basketball teams performed exceptionally well. The young women's team secured gold in the Federation Cup 3-on-3, while the junior girls' team achieved a commendable bronze in the same tournament. Impressively, the under-15 junior women's teams (A and B) clinched gold and silver in the 3-on-3 championship. Furthermore, the under-19 girls' and boys' teams emerged victorious in the general league championship for young women and secured a silver in the 3-on-3 at the Federation Cup. Meanwhile, Walid Al Hajri, coach of the club's championship-winning first basketball team, expressed his delight with last season's results. The UAE Cup is the final title of the season, with 121 colored medals being the result of the "Athletics" achievements
The Sharjah Women's Club's athletics team achieved outstanding achievements during the season, with a total of 121 medals, including 47 gold, 45 silver, and 29 bronze. This honorable tally is evidence of the dedication and great interest that the club's management shows in this important Olympic sport.
The team wrapped up the season on a high note by clinching the Emirates Women's Cup in Abu Dhabi. The Cubs secured the top spot in the competitions, taking home a total of 30 medals - 14 gold, 8 silver, and 8 bronze. It was a fantastic way to end the season!

18 medals crowned the archery season’s journey
The Sharjah Women's Club shooting team ended the sports season with remarkable achievements, winning 4 medals at the Sharjah Sports Council Shooting Championship held at the Al Dhaid Club shooting range. Among their successes was athlete Fatima Al-Suwaidi securing a gold medal in the junior women's 10-meter air rifle competition. In the same category, player Mona Al Hosani won the silver medal, while Sarah Al Belushi took home the bronze. Furthermore, shooter Ghaya Al Shuhail achieved a silver medal in the women's 10-meter air pistol competition.
Throughout the season, the shooting team took part in 6 local tournaments, as well as two tournaments at the Arab level. These included the seventh edition of the Arab Women’s Games in Sharjah and the Arab Championship in Tunisia. Additionally, the team participated in two Asian tournaments: the Asian Games and the Asian Shooting Championship. They also took part in two international events: the Women’s Olympic Hope Championship and the Belgrade Grand Prix.
The shooting team has achieved tremendous success, accumulating a total of 5 gold medals, all obtained at the local level, 8 silver medals, including 6 achieved locally, as well as 2 medals earned at the Arab level, and 5 bronze medals, all secured locally. These results truly showcase the exceptional performance and unwavering dedication displayed by the team, solidifying the Sharjah Women’s Club's reputation as one of the most prominent sports clubs in the country.
Rifle coach Melissa Sretinovic expressed gratitude for the significant attention and support that shooting sports receive, which greatly contributes to the team's and technical staff's ability to achieve their goals. She affirmed the team's readiness for the upcoming season, including various competitions and tournaments.
Pistol coach Sergey Gennadevj expressed optimism about the upcoming season, citing last season's positive results as an indicator of future success. He highlighted the club administration's strong support for the game, anticipating even better outcomes in the next season.
Fencing achieved 63 medals in a distinguished season
The fencing team at Sharjah Women's Club had a phenomenal season, securing 63 medals – 11 gold, 20 silver, and 32 bronze.
A series of successes kicked off with Al-Anoud Al-Saadi clinching a gold medal at the Al-Ittihad Championship in the epee weapon category. Ghufran Al-Balushi then secured a gold in the female category at the Al-Ittihad Junior Women’s Championship in the Saber weapon. Al-Anoud Al-Saadi continued the winning streak by grabbing her second gold at the Al Ittihad Fencing Championship in the epee weapon. In the team events, Sheikha Al Zaabi, Lamar Al Nahla, Hessa Al Balushi, and Iman Al Suwaidi triumphed by winning the gold in the epee Federation Junior Women’s Fencing Championship.
During the Arab Championship for Cubs and Buds in Bahrain, the cubs team, which included Shamma Al Suwaidi, Maitha Al Marzouqi, Maryam Al Marzouqi, Hanan Saeed, and Tulin, secured the gold medal. Similarly, the club's team, comprising Sheikha Al Zaabi, Fajr Al Marzouqi, Zainab Al Hosani, and Al Anoud Al Saadi, clinched the gold at the Arab Women's Club Games in Sharjah in the epee competitions.
Hanan Saeed secured a new gold medal in the Hamad Al Sharqi Ramadan Championship for the under 11 age group in Florea. Additionally, Habiba Mustafa clinched gold in the Al-Ittihad Championship (general). Moreover, the team of Zainab Al Hosani, Sheikha Al Zaabi, Fajr Al Marzouqi, and Al Anoud Al Saadi attained the ninth gold in the general team competitions at the same tournament.
Thanks to our diverse collection of medals, we anticipate that the upcoming season will bring even more impressive results. This expectation is bolstered by the new technical direction led by our technical director, Hassan Zoueiri. He has expressed his optimism about the future of fencing in the club, highlighting the available capabilities and the strong support in place. It's clear that our current focus is on nurturing a group of outstanding players who can bring honor to the club both locally and internationally. Additionally, there is a concerted effort to develop players who can represent the national team in all forthcoming official competitions.
The archer's medal count reaches 153, including medals won both at home and abroad
The archery team had a fantastic sports season, winning a total of 153 colored medals. This included 53 gold medals, 55 silver medals, and 45 bronze medals in local, Arab, and international championships held in the Emirates, Georgia, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. Notably, the team excelled at the seventh edition of the Arab Women’s Club Games in Sharjah and the Gulf Youth Championship in Sharjah and Kazakhstan, bringing home 11 medals - 3 gold, 2 silver, and 6 bronze.
The team competed in all age groups, with 33 female players participating across categories including seniors, cubs, junior girls, young women, and women.
The team was supported by a dedicated technical and administrative staff, including coaches Elena Labasina, Zohra Takifa, and Dellanosa, as well as administrator Bodour Salah Al-Shukr.
Coach Elena Labasina expressed confidence in achieving even greater success in the next season. She highlighted the team's distinguished performance in the previous season and expressed determination to achieve more in the upcoming seasons, thanks to good preparation and strong support for the sport.
Judo wrapped up season with 96 medals
The judo champions at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club across different branches amassed an impressive total of 96 medals by the end of the season, including 37 gold, 28 silver, and 31 bronze.
The girls and boys at the Kalba branch made a remarkable impact in the last season's UAE Judo Cup Championship held at the Khorfakkan Cultural and Sports Club, securing a total of 30 medals: 16 gold, 9 silver, and 5 bronze.
The coaching responsibilities are in the hands of a highly experienced and competent technical team, led by Algerian Olympic coach Soria Haddad, who has recently taken charge, expressing great optimism about the game's future at the club due to the significant interest it has garnered across various branches.
Sharjah Women's Karate wins women's Arab team gold and achieves 29 other medals in the season
The karate season was a great success with the club claiming numerous colorful medals in local, Arab, and Gulf competitions, totaling 29 medals, including 7 gold, 9 silver, and 13 bronze.
One of the team's most notable achievements was winning the team gold in kumite at the recent Arab Club Games for Women in Sharjah. Additionally, they secured a gold medal in the under-61 kg category and a silver in the under-50 kg category.
Notably, the team also performed exceptionally well at the Gulf Games in Sharjah, clinching three vibrant medals in the Kumite.
Emphasizing development and experience, the club has dedicated significant support to their players' careers, ensuring their participation in international leagues abroad to enhance their international rankings and refine their skills.
24 medals for the Taekwondo champions
The club's Taekwondo team, comprising a talented group of young female players, concluded its season with outstanding success. The team secured a total of 24 medals, including 4 gold, 8 silver, and 12 bronze, throughout its participation in various competitions, notably the UAE Elite Championship, Fujairah International, Mohammed bin Hamad Ramadan Championship, Gulf Championship, and Kazakhstan International Open Championship.
The team's performance in the upcoming season is anticipated to significantly improve due to heightened technical support and enhanced training across different disciplines.
The Table Tennis team is satisfied with the league championship runner-up
This season, the table tennis team secured an impressive total of 11 medals: 2 gold, 4 silver, and 5 bronze. The club's first team claimed the runner-up spot in the women's general league championship, while the under-15 team achieved third place in the same competition.
The team received unwavering support from the club's management, ensuring they had access to comprehensive training programs both locally and internationally to elevate their skills.
Notably, the team comprises promising young players who are expected to make significant contributions in the upcoming seasons.
Under the guidance of coach Anita Sarkasia and administrator Mira Khaled, the team, consisting of 16 players, including 4 women, 3 under 15, and 9 under 10 years, benefits from the supervision of a technically proficient and experienced staff.
Armenian coach Anita Sarkasia expressed her optimism about the team's future, emphasizing the potential of the promising young players. She also mentioned plans to bolster the team with new players to expand the talent pool and elevate the team's performance in the upcoming seasons.
