Approximately 200 employees from 10 government entities participated in this four-day series. The workshop covered the legal framework of the system for managing identical documents in government entities, the scope of the unified system for classifying and retaining identical documents and files, the application of the system in a traditional environment, the application of the system to electronic files, file and document retrieval, and updating the unified system for classifying and retaining identical documents.
The workshop included several interactive activities that contributed to enhancing understanding and awareness among the participants about the importance of the system and its implementation steps. It also showcased models and examples of system implementation in government entities, where participants were trained on writing classification codes on files designated for inventory and preservation operations, as well as on the mechanisms for referencing and retrieving files.
