They also discussed training programs, business incubators, and government procurement.
The sessions covered essential project management concepts, enabling entrepreneurs to manage their businesses effectively. Topics included the development stages of commercial projects, from the initial idea and feasibility study to resource allocation, marketing plans, and the use of modern project management tools and techniques. Practical exercises in time and financial planning were also included.
Khalfan Al Herathi, Director of SEDD Branches, emphasized the department's commitment to introducing entrepreneurs across Sharjah to RUWAD's programs. He highlighted the importance of supporting entrepreneurship to strengthen the national economy and empower young entrepreneurs through knowledge and expertise.
