Sharjah 24: The Dibba Al Hisn Council affiliated with Sharjah Districts Affairs Department, received, at its headquarters, residents and families and presented Eid Fawala, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
The Dibba Al Hisn Council opened its doors to hundreds of citizens and their children and visitors after performing Maghrib prayer. Eid presents were distributed.
Families and residents were received by His Excellency Suleiman bin Jumuah Al Yahyai, Chairman of the Dibba Al Hisn Council, council members and notables of Dibba Al Hisn.
Eid Fawala initiative is one of the customs and traditions that the council was keen to organise by inviting families and working to revive those customs based on its social role in promoting rapprochement between families, enhancing social cohesion during the days of Eid, introducing families and their children to Emirati customs in welcoming Eid Al Adha, as well as strengthening relations.
His Excellency Suleiman bin Jumuah Al Yahyai stressed the importance of the Dibba Al Hisn Council playing its social role on the first day of Eid Al Adha and devoting the first day to receiving citizens, families and their children and holding many events in a beautiful and wonderful festive atmosphere.
