Sharjah 24: In order to enhance the framework of productive community partnership, the Friends of Kidney Patients Association, affiliated with the Health Promotion Department of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, held an important meeting with the Sharjah Charity International (SCI) at the headquarters of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs. The aim of the meeting was to discuss ways of cooperation between the two parties in providing humanitarian support for financially disadvantaged kidney patients.
The meeting was chaired by Her Excellency Mona Al Hawai A -Zarouni, Chairperson of the Association's Board of Directors, in the presence of Her Excellency Eman Rashid, Director of the Health Promotion Department. Attending the meeting from the Sharjah Charity International were Abdullah Saif Bin Hindi, Head of Corporate Services Sector, and Abdul Ghafour Mohammed, Head of Healthcare Services Office, along with several employees and stakeholders.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation and exchange ideas and initiatives to strengthen humanitarian support aimed at financially disadvantaged kidney patients. The attendees emphasised the importance of this cooperation in improving the quality of life for patients and providing necessary support for them, expressing their full commitment to working together to achieve these noble goals. The Friends of Kidney Patients Association has intensified its efforts to raise awareness and provide necessary support for kidney patients, covering all emirates of the country.
