The decision states that the Board of Directors of Khorfakkan Football Club shall be restructured under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Ammar Rashid Al-Naqbi, and the membership of the following individuals:
Ismail Issa Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hosani.
Sulaiman Ali Sulaiman Rashid Al-Naqbi.
Abdulrahman Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mushtaghil Al-Naqbi.
Ali Khalafan Abdullah Khalafan Al-Naqbi.
Naif Hassan Salem Ahmed Al-Mansoori.
Haitham Ahmed Abdullah Eid Al-Hammadi.
Yousuf Sulaiman Ahmed Sulaiman.
The Board will distribute the administrative positions among its members in its first meeting, and the Board will elect a vice Chairman by consensus or through direct secret balloting. The membership term in the Board is four years, renewable for similar periods, starting from the date of issuing this decision. The Board will continue to carry out its duties until the formation of a new Board of Directors or the renewal of the expired Board.
