He noted that the council always seeks to fulfill the aspirations of citizens and residents by activating channels of communication and interaction with various segments of society, adopting constructive ideas and proposals that serve the interests of the emirate and contribute to comprehensive development.
In this context, the Office of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah held its fifth meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Al Nuaimi, where several agenda items were discussed.
The meeting reviewed the agenda of the twelfth session of the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term, including the conclusion of the council's work following the issuance of the decree by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, regarding the conclusion of the council's session in its current term.
The meeting was attended by Haleema Humaid Al Owais, Vice Chairman of the Council, Mohammed Ali Jaber Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Legislative and Legal Affairs, Appeals, Suggestions, and Complaints Committee, Sheikha Ali Al Nuqbi, Chairman of the Committee on Education, Culture, Media and Youth Affairs, Engineer Jameela Al Fandi Al Shamsi, Chairperson of the Committee for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Municipalities, Security Affairs, and Public Facilities, Mohammed Saleh Al Ali, Chairman of The Health, Labour and Social Affairs Committee, Saeed Matar Bin Hamed Al Tunaiji, Chairman of the Family Affairs Committee, Rashid Abdullah Bin Huwaidin, Chairman of the Financial, Economic, and Industrial Affairs Committee, Jasim Mohammed Al Hinai Al Nuqbi, Chairman of the Preparation Committee for Recommendations, and Ahmed Saeed Al Jarawan, Secretary-General of the Council. Also present at the meeting were Legal Advisor Youssef Hassan Al Ali and Abdulaziz bin Khadem, Deputy Director of Parliamentary Affairs Administration. The meeting was also attended by Issa Al Zarouni and Dr. Hind Al Hajri, members of the Consultative Council.
During the meeting, the proposals and topics submitted to the council by its members and the public were reviewed, reflecting the ongoing interaction between the council and society. The Office of the Council also discussed several other topics and made appropriate decisions regarding them, contributing to enhancing the council's performance and its effective role in serving the emirate.
