The project is divided into 8 groups, with 6 groups located in the city of Sharjah and 2 groups in the central and eastern regions. Each group undergoes a comprehensive 6-day program consisting of 6 main modules: administrative education and work discipline, goal setting and performance evaluation, effective communication, initiative and innovation, managerial skills, and organizational loyalty.
SDHR aims to familiarize newly employed individuals in the government sector with their rights and job responsibilities throughout their professional careers. It provides them with proper guidance and important criteria for individual skill development. The program also imparts the new employees with the institutional culture specific to the Human Resources Law of the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as the related decisions and supplementary instructions. This helps to establish a solid foundation for the employees' career paths and create a productive work environment that fosters job satisfaction.
