Sharjah24: Mohamed Hamed bin Dasmal, Subscriptions Inspector at the Sharjah Social Security Fund (SSSF), made an announcement today regarding the Fund's latest workshop. The workshop, which is the 3rd one this year, is designed specifically for employees of the central government departments of Sharjah. The workshop aims to shed light on different aspects of pension distribution for employees, regardless of gender.
Bin Dasmal emphasised that the workshop's goal was to provide attendees with valuable information about their rights, privileges, and insurance benefits regarding pensions, bonuses, and grants.
It provided clear explanations of the fund's participation rules, processing stages, and distribution of benefits to insured individuals. This was done through a set of questions aimed at evaluating employees' comprehension of their social security benefits in accordance with the law.
The session, which included an active exchange between speakers and attendees from various Sharjah government departments, explored into multiple important subjects.
These included the concept of social insurance, occupational and social risks covered by the system, the different stages of insurance protection, and the characteristics of the social insurance system.
