Sharjah24: Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, announced that the number of memberships has witnessed growth, ranging between 5-7%, affirming that the number of establishments in the Emirate of Sharjah has exceeded 58,000, while the number of factories has reached 800.

Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, praised the significant leaps that Sharjah has achieved in economic growth in 2023, appreciating His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, a  Supreme Council Member and the Ruler of Sharjah for his unlimited support for this vital sector. 

Speaking to "Sharjah 24," Al Awadi affirmed that the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has achieved an economic growth equivalent to 5-7% in the number of memberships. Additionally, there has been an increase in exports and re-exports. There are more than 58,000 establishments in the Emirate of Sharjah, encompassing commercial, industrial, and professional sectors, all of which are experiencing continuous growth.

Al Awadi announced a significant increase in industrial licenses, with more than 800 factories entering the Emirate of Sharjah as a result of the facilitations and advantages provided by the Sharjah government in cooperation and coordination with economic partners.
