Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) will convene its eighth session on Monday morning, the thirteenth of Shawwal 1445 AH, corresponding to the twenty-second of April, at ten o’clock as part of its work for the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term at its headquarters in the city of Sharjah, chaired by Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Council.

This follows a postponement of its session last Thursday, due to adverse weather conditions.

After approving the minutes of the seventh session, the agenda includes the Council’s discussion of a draft law for the year 2024 regarding the establishment and organisation of the Rental Disputes Centre in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The proceedings of the session will be attended by Counselor Dr. Mansour Mohammed bin Nassar, member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, Head of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah; Issa bin Hanzal, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah; Counselor Mohammed Abdullah Al Salman, Legal Advisor of the Department of Municipalities Affairs; Hamid Hassan Al Qayed, Director of the Public Parking Department, Sharjah City Municipality; and Tariq Mohammed Al Zarouni, Head of the Rental Disputes Department, Sharjah City Municipality.
