Sharjah24: Mleiha Ramadan Gathering concluded the competitions of the Popular Leagues, as Mleiha , Al-Ruwaida, and Mleiha Al-Sharqiya were ranked in the top positions at the end of the league.
The league, organized as part of the Mleiha Ramadan Gathering under the slogan "Meeting and Communication," witnessed a remarkable presence and participation of children, youth, and players from the communities of the Mleiha region. It included a diverse cultural league of sports competitions alongside recreational games, with questions covering various aspects of culture, sports, national information, and heritage.
Fifteen diverse questions were presented to ensure the success of the activities through the league, allowing for acquaintance and the activation of physical abilities in various sports competitions, in addition to knowledge competitions about the region.
The idea of the Popular Leagues in the Mleiha region is one of the Ramadan initiatives that Mleiha Club is keen on organizing as part of its Ramadan Gathering . The aim of this initiative is to invite the youth of the communities to participate in a cultural league and a sports league to activate their knowledge and physical fitness in a number of activities that align with the club's vision of encouraging the residents of the region to frequent the club as a focus of Sharjah Sports Council's aspirations in caring for cultural and sports aspects and contributing to the creation of a generation that is both sports-oriented and knowledgeable.
At the end of the Popular Leagues, with the participation of teams and the remarkable participation of the communities, Mansour Al-Ajaid Al-Ketbi, representing the Board of Directors of Mleiha Club, honored the winning communities, including Mleiha , Al-Ruwaida, and Al Mleiha Al-Sharqiya.
