The session, held at the Sustainability Hall in Sharjah Police headquarters, was attended by Brigadier Ahmed Haji Al Sarkal, Director-General of Police Operations, Brigadier Ibrahim Al Ajel, Deputy Director-General of Police Operations, Brigadier Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Alzoud, Deputy Director-General of Central Operations, along with several government officials in the Emirate of Sharjah, officers, excellence experts, and interested individuals.
During his speech, Brigadier bin Amer praised the efforts of the Strategy Department in organizing this annual gathering, emphasizing the importance of these efforts in providing an opportunity for participants to learn about successful experiences, exchange knowledge, and utilize them in developing institutional excellence programs and systems. He also stressed that sustaining excellence and leadership requires careful planning and serious efforts, as well as the need to learn from distinguished practices implemented by entities, institutions, or even governments. The integration of roles and collaborative work benefits everyone and leads to the implementation of strategies and directions capable of sustaining institutional excellence and leadership.
The Ramadan dialogue session began with hosting Colonel Tariq Al Midfaa, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, Mona Ali Al Ghawi, Director of the Strategy and Institutional Development Department at Sharjah Media Council and General Coordinator of the "Excellence" Award, and Maryam Bouali, representative of the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence and Distinction. The session was moderated by Captain Ahmed Al Hammad.
The dialogue session discussed the introduction of the "Excellence" Award, the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence and Distinction, and the Sharjah Police Leadership and Excellence Program. It presented the objectives, key and sub-criteria, and future directions of these awards, as well as the efforts made by government entities in achieving institutional leadership locally and globally.

At the end of the Ramadan session, Brigadier Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, honored the speakers for their contribution to enriching this distinguished Ramadan evening.
