Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) organised a training programme entitled "Designing Customer Experience," which included employees from departments involved in service delivery and development.
The training programme sought to improve department employees' skills in designing and improving digital services, with a special emphasis on proactive services.
Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), highlighted the department's commitment to constantly improving its personnel's skills and abilities in order to achieve long-term institutional development.
He explained that the department is committed to developing and empowering human resources, fostering an internal environment conducive to creativity and excellence, and improving overall performance in accordance with the department's strategic goals of enhancing and developing the efficiency of human, financial, and technical resources, as well as implementing best practices in quality procedures and institutional excellence systems.
The Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department, Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, stated that the department's annual training plans include a number of courses and programmes covering a variety of topics for its personnel. These efforts seek to enhance their functional capacities.
