Sharjah 24: In line with its commitment to enhancing the experience of its members and visitors, Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC) in the eastern and central regions organised its annual meetings, in the presence of a number of leaders, government institutions, club members and employees, and women of the region, with the aim of listening to women’s proposals, and offering new services in the club, in addition to achieving effective communication with them.
The first meetings, held between January and February, began in Khorfakkan branch, Wadi Al Hilu, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Hamriyah, Al Dhaid, Al Madam, and Kalba. The meetings were concluded in Al Bataeh branch, and the total number of attendees exceeded 400 women, aged between 15 and 60 years old.
The meetings began by welcoming the visitors and members, and a live discussions of more than 30 proposals, which will be studied and then implemented, brainstorming sessions in which the attendees shared their ideas and opinions, interactive workshops organised by Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS), Nawaem Altulle, and the Sharjah Geology Park, a raffle section, and a presentation of the new services provided by the club. The club’s facilities also participated, such as a fitness centre and Jouri centre, by providing free services and exclusive discounts.
The meetings enjoyed the interaction of more than 40 sponsors, who provided effective support and contributions, to enriching the discussions and successfully achieving the goals of the meetings.
It is worth noting that these meetings come within the framework of the efforts of Sharjah Ladies Club to support and empower women in the region. Meetings are also an important step towards achieving this goal, and enhancing the club’s role as a pioneering, distinguished and integrated destination in fitness, beauty, hospitality and talent development services.
