Sharjah 24: Dr. Mohammed Safi Mustghanmi, Secretary General of the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah, revealed the organisation of a lecture titled “Reading is the Key to Reflection,” as part of the “Mleiha Reads” activities at the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, with the aim of instilling a love of reading in the hearts of young people and pondering what they read.
He stated that the lecture came in conjunction with the advent of the month of Ramadan, which is the month of the Holy Quran, adding that we need to reflect on the verses of the Holy Quran and know their miracles and meanings, and this can only come through reading.
He pointed out in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the lecture raises awareness of the importance of reading for the progress and development of nations, and knowledge of the Holy Quran, which God Almighty revealed at the highest levels of eloquence.
