The first session of the workshop began by highlighting Emiratisation in the Sharjah Government (appointment procedures), and mechanisms and controls for field training for job seekers, in addition to the directives of the Emirate of Sharjah in the Emiratisation file regarding human resources, with the aim of enhancing the complementary role between it and the government departments in the emirate.
The workshop translates what is embodied in the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
