Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police (SP) General Command, praised the efforts of the Security Committee to follow up on the conditions of those convicted in financial cases affiliated with the “Sharjah Debt Settlement Committee”, and for their effective and complementary role to the Supreme Committee in implementing the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to provide a stable life and a decent living for citizens by addressing the debts of categories of people convicted in financial cases.
This came while Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi’s honouring of the members of the Security Committee, namely: Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabah Al-Ajel, Chairman of the Committee, and Colonel Abdul Rahman Al-Shamsi, Vice-Chairman of the Committee, in addition to the members; Assistant Talal Al Hajri, Assistant Mohammed Al Raisi, and Corporal Maryam Yousef Al Raisi.
Brigadier Ahmed Haji Al Sarkal, Director General of Police Operations at Sharjah Police was present at the honouring ceremony.
The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police confirmed that the Security Committee continues to perform its pivotal role in implementing the visions and directives of the wise government to enhance societal stability in the emirate. He pointed out that the number of bank checks that were processed reached (3,088), while the number of beneficiaries from debt processing reached (2,500) since the establishment of the committee, stressing the continuing efforts to achieve quality of life for the community of the Emirate of Sharjah.
