Sharjah 24: For the ninth time in a row and the seventeenth in the club’s history, the junior team of Sharjah Sports Club was crowned champion of the Junior Handball League for the 2023-2024 season with a full score.

The title was crowned after defeating Al-Wasl 19-18 in a competitive and exciting match, where the first half ended in favor of Al-Wasl (11-10), while Sharjah won the second half (9-7). The match took place on Friday evening, at the Sharjah Club Hall as part of the final fifth round of the final round of the competition.

Faisal Hussein Al Tawash, member of the Board of Directors of the UAE Handball Association and Chairman of the National Teams Committee, crowned the juniors of the Sharjah team with the league shield and gold medals, and the Al Wasl team with silver medals and runner-up, in the presence of Khaled Issa Al Midfa, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Sports Club, and Mohammed Obaid Al-Hussan, member of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Club, head of the Group Sports Department, and Youssef Ahmed, supervisor of the age stages of handball at Sharjah Club.
