Sharjah24: The Local Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team in Sharjah decided to activate the distance learning system in all private schools and higher education institutions in the emirate, while suspending all competitions and sports activities organized by the Sharjah Sports Council, on Monday, February 12, due to the unstable weather condition.
The local team affirmed that the decision comes to preserve the safety of students and players in sports clubs of various age groups, in light of raising the state of alert and readiness to confront the repercussions of the weather condition while continuing to monitor its developments, and continuing the measures to ensure the provision of vital services.
