The meeting, chaired by Committee Chairman Rashid Abdullah bin Howaidin, discussed a draft law regarding the general budget for the Sharjah Government Departments 2024.
Waleed Al Sayegh, Director General of the Central Finance Department, presented a detailed explanation regarding the budget, reviewing the statement of comparison of revenues and expenses for the general budget for the year 2024, the pattern of distributing expenses according to sectors, and the statement of comparison of expenditures and revenues for the central and attached departments.
The committee is scheduled to submit its report to the Council during the Council session held on December 28.
