Sharjah24: Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Consultative Council, chaired the first meeting of council after the opening of the eleventh legislative chapter's work, which was held Thursday morning at the council's headquarters in Sharjah.

Dr. Al Nuaimi stressed the role of the Council in supporting the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to care for the citizens. He pointed out the importance of cooperation in serving the emirate and preserving society.

The meeting reviewed the various current preparations for the opening of the council's work for the second regular session of the tenth legislative chapter, along with the agenda for the opening of the first session.

The Council's Bureau confirmed its work system, which will address what His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah directed to focus on, from housing, health, and education to special care for the youth, looking forward to achieving concrete progress in raising citizens' welfare level.

The bureau discussed all the topics to be discussed during the first regular session of the eleventh legislative chapter following the council's plan during the coming period, depending on the priorities that will be taken in studying and researching various national issues.
