Gambian Vice President visits Al Qasimia University

Sharjah24 : Mohammed Jallow, the Vice President of Gambia, and his accompanying delegation have recently visited Al Qasimia University. Welcoming them was Jamal Salem Al Tarifi, President of the University.
Al-Tarifi reiterated the university's dedication to strengthening global ties for attracting students worldwide. He outlined Al Qasimia University's origins, emphasising its role in promoting moderation and receiving unwavering support from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and the university's founder. His Highness actively oversees the university's development, fostering its reputation on local, regional, and international levels. The university is equipped with advanced educational and residential facilities to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds.

Gambian Vice President Jallow expressed gratitude for His Highness's support of Gambian students studying in the UAE. He also thanked Al Qasimia University's leadership for providing the delegation with the opportunity to explore the institution's academic achievements. Jallow conveyed his country's eagerness to collaborate with Al Qasimia University in scientific fields, cultural exchange, Arabic language education, and student exchanges.

Additionally, Dr. Awad Al-Khalaf, the University's Director, briefed Vice President Jallow on the key benefits and services offered by the university. He highlighted the institution's commitment to providing comprehensive support to all students, preparing them to contribute to their home countries' development. Dr. Al-Khalaf showcased the academic excellence of Gambian students at the university.
