Sharjah 24: According to Khaled bin Falah Al Suwaidi, a member of Sharjah's election commission, the residents' attendance on the first day of voting shows a positive level of involvement that the polling centres will observe over the following two days. He urged residents to elect members who authentically represent them under the aegis of the Emirate of Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC).

In exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Suwaidi stated that the Supreme Committee for Elections and the Sharjah City Elections Committee have prepared the Sharjah Chess Club Hall to receive voters, allowing the voting process to last no more than 5 minutes, with the assistance of a team of trained personnel to remove any obstacles.
