Sharjah 24: The Sharjah X-CAT boat of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club has made a great achievement in the main race of the penultimate round of the 2023 UIM XCAT World Championship Fujairah Grand Prix by winning second and third places in the team’s first international participation.

The event was organised by the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club under the supervision of the International Federation of Powerboat Racing and the UAE Marine Sports Federation.

On this occasion, Ahmed Al Hosani, Director General of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, congratulated the wise leadership on the achievement, expressing his happiness, especially since this is the first experience of the Sharjah Speedboat X-Cat.

The Director General of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club extended his thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, for his sponsorship of the event, and for Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, headed by Saif bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, and the organising committee for their tireless efforts and distinguished and wonderful organisation.
