The success stories of Emirati youth are many and full of challenges and excitement. The “Young Visions” programme monitors and presents those stories to the viewer in a beautiful form that is in line with the vitality of youth dreams.
The programme is produced by Mohammed Al Yasi and prepared and presented by Alia Al Mansouri. “Youth Visions” includes three segments, where the first segment reviews the amazing success stories of young people whose talents have emerged in several fields such as environment, music, veterinary medicine, aeronautical and automotive engineering, and many other specialisations in which Emirati youth have proven that they are capable of defying difficulties and going through life armed with science and knowledge. In the second segment of the programme, Alia Al Mansouri presents a summary of a book from her personal library and reviews the most important ideas in an interesting manner. The programme concludes with a dialogue, in which a group of young people discusses a number of topics related to the UAE and the world.
The Emirate of Sharjah is distinguished by the diversity of its universities and training programmes, which has made it among the most prestigious and best universities in the world. Sharjah receives special attention from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. “Gamaaty” (My University) programme seeks to highlight the great role played by Sharjah universities in forming students and preparing them for professional life. The programme, produced by Anwar Fakhri and presented by Alia Al Hameli and Maryam Radwan, includes interviews with university professors, students, and administrators; and focuses on academic programmes, service facilities provided to students, university housing, and others.
