SDHR registers its employees to vote for SCC

Sharjah24: In preparation for the 2023 Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) elections in the Emirate of Sharjah, the Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) is registering its staff with the Electoral Authority. The Media Committee of the Electoral Committee is working with the company on this programme to boost employee involvement in policymaking.

Human Resources Director of Strategic Planning Abdullah Yousuf Al Ali informed "Sharjah 24" exclusively that the department hosted the Media Committee for the Consultative Council elections on Tuesday at the main headquarters in the Al Laiyah area and will host them again on Wednesday in the Al Dafin area to encourage employee turnout.

He further mentioned that tablets and the Consultative Council's official website are available as quick and convenient options for registering workers with the Electoral Authority.
