She revealed that the 15th edition of the Etisalat Award for Arabic Children's Literature received 323 entries from 22 countries, involving 215 authors, 197 illustrators, and 95 publishers. This edition marked the first-time participation of countries such as Malaysia, Chad, and Canada. She noted that the shortlist included books from the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine.
In her statement to “Sharjah24”, Eman Mohamed expressed her happiness with the Palestinian participation in the Award, which included 13 books, one of which qualified for the short list. She has further explained that the winners will be announced during the activities of the Sharjah International Book Fair, starting on November 1.
