Sharjah24: Hoda Al Yasi, Director of the Financial System Department at the Sharjah Central Finance Department (SCFD) , stated that the Department launched the “Rased” digital platform during its participation in the Sharjah Government Pavilion at the GITEX GLOBAL 2023. This platform works to follow up financial violations and analyze the behavior of accountants in government agencies to achieve financial best practices.
Hoda Al Yasi affirmed in statements to Sharjah 24 that the “Rased” platform is the first experience of the Central Finance Department in the field of following up and monitoring financial performance and accounting behavior in the government, which the platform works in a directive and supervisory manner, where financial transactions are analyzed and guidance and recommendations are provided to accountants to improve their performance..
Al Yasi stated that the platform was created using the most recent digital technologies and artificial intelligence, where the GPS positioning system was connected to the finest digital practices in the area of financial systems.
Hoda pointed out the goal of the Central Finance Department in Sharjah, through the “Rased” platform, is to seek to enhance financial transparency and achieve the highest levels of financial and accounting efficiency in the government as the Department hopes that this digital platform will be an important step towards building advanced and innovative financial systems that meet the needs of the public sector in Sharjah.
